Ward Two Councilman Vince Carl is the chairman of the Services Utilities & Cable and is a member of the Safety & Environment committee and The Parks and Recreation Committees.

A 1979 graduate of Saint Edward High School, Carl has been employed as a computer programmer at Cleveland-based Applied Industrial Technologies for the past 17 years. Carl holds a computer science degree from Cleveland State University as well as an associate degree in Applied Business from Cuyahoga Community College.

Carl has coached softball and soccer for Brunswick Youth sports and also teaches Junior Achievement course to aid in the proficiency tests at Brunswick and Cleveland elementary schools. He is a member of the Brunswick Historical society and a minister of hospitality at St. Colette Church.
