Hello Everyone,
The Communications Committee’s mission is to act as the primary media and publicity resource for the Medina County Democratic Party. It is our objective to promote all party-related events and announcements in a timely and consistent manner. We can do this if you keep us informed of your group’s plans, activities and achievements. Please use the attached form to keep us up to date (see related document at the bottom of this letter).
I also want to remind everyone that the fall issue of Common Sense will be published at the end of October. Another goal the Communication Committee has established is to have article and picture submissions from each group or committee in every issue of the newspaper. In each issue we would like to see:
- Column by Pam Miller
- Article from each Committee
- Article from Northern Medina County Democrats
- Article from the Young Democrats
- Article from the Medina County Democratic Women
As leaders of your prospective group and committees, please appoint a member to be a liaison to the Communications Committee. This person will be responsible for getting their article and picture to me, so that I can collectively turn the stories over to the Common Sense editorial staff. Please let me know who you have selected as the contact person for your group or committee no later than September 9th.
The deadline for the fall issue is September 30th!
