Ted Strickland Scheduled for Brunswick this Sunday Ted Strickland will be making a campaign stop this Sunday, July 16 at 4 PM at the Brunswick Recreation Center, 3637 Center Rd., Brunswick. Let's have a great turnout for Ted! Lee Fisher, Jennifer Brunner, Richard Cordray, Barbara Sykes, and Betty Sutton are also expected. Dem TV Last Sunday at the 3rd Annual Democratic Picnic sponsored by the Northern Medina County Demcratic Club, MCDAC and the Communications Committee of the Medina County Democratic Party teamed up for a new project. Currently we have two events scheduled in July. Our next Day of Action scheduled for Saturday, July 15, 2006 from 10am - 1pm. We have selected two precincts in Medina to canvass and will meet at Red Greenwood Park, across from A.I. Root Middle School at 333 W. Sturbridge Dr. Also, America Votes is having a community meeting on Monday, July 24 at 6:30 pm at the Buckeye Library (6625 Wolff Rd). Contact information: Mexie J. Wilson

Strickland Fundraiser at Ferrante's Winery with Lee FisherThe reception will take place at Ferrante's Winery located in Geneva,Ashtabula County on September 14, 2006 from 5:30-7:30 PM. The minimum suggested contribution is $200. For those donating $500 or more to Strickland for Governor, they will meet with Lee at a half hour private reception before the start of the general reception. They will be listed as members of the host committee and they, too, will be entitled to bring a guest to the private reception. All contributions should be sent to: John T. DeFazio, 718 N.Market Street, Lisbon, Ohio 44432. Those who plan to contribute $500 or more should call me at 330-424-7771 or 330-853-7388 in order to ensure they are listed as host committee members. Election laws prohibit the use of corporate checks. Only personal checks can be accepted.
