Blackwell decides to delegate
the responsibilities of his office to his
deputy. According to a law professor this
decision is legally dubious. Let's see, he
can't do the job he has and run for governor,
but he wants us to elect him to a new job. That
makes sense. http://postsnet.com/r.html?c=751704&r=750996&t=387118452&l=1&d=87310519&u=http%3a%2f%2fwww%2ewcpo%2ecom%2fnews%2f2006%2flocal%2f07%2f30%2fblackwell%2ehtml&g=0&f=-1

New York Times finds that
American polarization over the war in Iraq is
the greater than Vietnam War's polarization.
This should not surprise anyone since this is a
total GOP war whereas Vietnam had both parties'
fingerprints on it. Kennedy started it, Johnson
escalated it, and Nixon continued it until
1974. http://postsnet.com/r.html?c=751704&r=750996&t=387118452&l=1&d=87310515&u=http%3a%2f%2fwww%2enytimes%2ecom%2f2006%2f07%2f30%2fwashington%2f30war%2ehtml&g=0&f=-1
