adults, $7 for children aged 12 and under;
children 3 and under are
free
The Medina Health
Ministry is a free clinic for the "working
poor."
Patients qualify by meeting the
following criteria:
-
patient has no health insurance
-
patient is employed
-
patient is not receiving government medical assistance
-
patient is a resident of Medina County
-
patient has an income level within 200% of the Federal poverty level
Staffed by
volunteers, the clinic is located at 425 W.
Liberty Street in Medina.
Volunteer physicians see patients by
appointment only.
