ANNOUNCES SMALL BUSINESS WORKSHOPS IN NORTHERN OHIO

 

About the events:

Members of Senator Brown’s staff, the IRS, the Small Business Administration (SBA), the U.S. Export Assis-tance Center, and the Department of Agriculture (USDA) will be on hand at the seminar to discuss op-portunities for small and minority-owned businesses, including opportunities related to health insurance reform, the HIRE Act, the Recovery Act, and the U.S. Export Assistance Center, as well as contracting op-portunities with the U.S. government.

 

Topics will include:

  • What health insurance reform means for your business
  • What the HIRE Act incentives mean for your business
  • Loan programs with the Small Business Administration
  • Energy Efficiency Incentives for Businesses
  • Export assistance and increasing your export sales
  • Selling to the federal government as a way to increase sales

 

Workshops will be held in Cleveland, Medina, Youngstown, Defiance, Toledo & Canton.  Details for the Medina Workshop (for other locations see "related documents" below):
