Medina County Chair Announces Second Leadership Breakfast

Have you got what's going around? That sick feeling of alienation, depression, anger, despair? Wondering how Democrats can ever recover? How we can come together successfully to articulate our message, elect Democrats and make our country a better place?

You are needed. You are invited to the Annual Medina Democratic Party Leadership Breakfast, Saturday, February 5, 2005, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at Rustic Hills Country Club in Medina. We're not just having breakfast. That morning we will kick off a Strategic Initiative to build a strong and cohesive community of Democrats in Medina County. Your opinions and ideas are vital in determining what it takes to create an active community of Democrats, what your expectations are for our Party, and where our focus should be concentrated.

Mary Ogden, a member of the Medina County Democratic Women, and a professional strategic planning consultant, has volunteered her services to help us begin a process for defining the Medina County Democratic Party. Although the entire process will take many months, we will not be sitting around waiting for answers. In the next few months we will begin a series of Meet-ups to address some of the issues that currently face us, first and foremost being Social Security. We need your input on February 5th for both short-term and long-term goals.

Democrats all over the United States are looking inward to find out how to reinvent the Party. We're getting a head start in Medina County. I hope you will join us on Saturday February 5th, at 9:00 AM at Rustic Hills Country Club, 5399 River Styx Rd., Medina. Cost is $10. Send checks to the address below.
