Background: On February 5^th, over 100 Medina County Democrats came together to start the discussion on how to build an active, involved community of Democrats in Medina County.  Three predominant themes emerged: 

1. We need to define our image and identity as Medina County Democrats.
2. We need to determine the issues that drive our message and understand how to relate national issues to our County.
3. We need to engage our Medina County Democrats as members of an active community. 

Once we have achieved those goals, we will be positioned to grow our membership, attract and support viable candidates who can win elections, and ultimately change the balance of power in Medina County. 

Your continued involvement in this strategic process is vital!  If you were unable to attend the first session, we encourage you to come this time because everyone’s input is needed to create a successful outcome.  We will divide into groups focused around three themes:  Image & Identity, Active Democrats, Issues.  Please indicate your preference.
