Has it dawned
on you that perhaps the elected officials who
have received your emails are not reading them,
or worse, deleting them as if they never
existed?
How about trying a new
approach... Get together with fellow democrats
to write letters to elected officials to
support or express opposing views to various
issues. Show others that Democrats will NOT
roll over and play dead with issues that are
important to us!!!
Sandy Varndell will provide paper, envelopes, stamps, addresses of members of Congress. She will also gather information about current bills before Committees in Washington, and please, if YOU have any hot-button issue that is important to you or your group, please bring along info to share with other Dems, and we can generate letters those mornings. We can also generate letters to the editor of the Gazette, PD, or Beacon Journal.
Please, feel free to come at any point during the time frame of 8 -10 am, and write many letters or just one, and enjoy the company of fellow Medina Co. Dems. Bring a friend!
