Part I - $urviving the
Chaos
Judge Mary
Kovack, Magistrate Barb Porzio, and Robert Turner (C.P.A., C.V.A)
will present a seminar that walks a
couple through the financial aspects of
divorce. A hypothetical couple who
embody most of the considerations and problems
of the average couple will be followed through
the divorce process. Topics that will be
covered are:
- What to expect from the court process
- Child and Spousal Support: What you need to know
- How divorce affects your taxes for better or for worse
- How to prove and value what is yours, mine or ours, including business interests
This is a FREE
seminar. Babysitting services will be
provided.

three programs of the series will deal with
what you need to know about the impact of
divorce on:
- pensions, beneifts and wages
- childrens' issues
- domestic violence
