This seminar will follow a hypothetical couple throught the divorce court process.

Topics include:

  • How does the Court treat pensions
  • How does the Court look at wages
  • How to maximize what money there is

Panelists include Judge Mary Kovack, Medina County Domestic Relations Court and David Kelley, Principal of Pension Evaluators and QDRO Consultants.

FREE babysitting services  & refreshments will be provided.

Future forums will focus on:

  • Children's issues
  • Domestic violence
