This seminar will follow a hypothetical couple throught the divorce court process.
Topics include:
- How does the Court treat pensions
- How does the Court look at wages
- How to maximize what money there is
Panelists include Judge Mary Kovack, Medina County Domestic Relations Court and David Kelley, Principal of Pension Evaluators and QDRO Consultants.
FREE babysitting services & refreshments will be provided.
