us for a discussion of the revenue/expenditure
limitation plans proposed for Ohio.
Drawing from the most current research as well
as the experiences of other states, this forum
will focus on the potential ramifications of
these proposals on public services, especially
higher education, local municipalities and
school boards. Ned Hill and Kevin O’Brien
will discuss the findings from their recently
released report, A Review of the Impact of Tax and
Expenditure Limitations on Ohio’s
Finances. Their presentation will
be followed by a panel discussion, moderated by
The Honorable Sally Conway Kilbane (R-16), Ohio
House of Representatives,and featuring David
Hansen, President, The Buckeye Institute for
Public Policy Solutions and The Honorable Bruce
Akers, Mayor, City of Pepper
Pike.
